Celebrate Safe Symposium

Facebook Event

A symposium on 5 years of Celebrate Safe. How did it go? What has it delivered and what have we learned? How can the results be incorporated into the future of information about safe going out.

Celebrate Safe was initiated by ID&T and expanded into a public private partnership with support from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), which started in 2015 with the aim of raising awareness among visitors to events about the risks associated with parties.

An important part of this platform is the focus on increasing the (online) reach of information messages from public parties among visitors to the affiliated parties and festivals. The possibilities for communicating with visitors have changed enormously in recent years. How can you optimize the range and what resources do you use for this? What does the ideal collaboration with an organizer look like? What can private and public parties learn from each other? And what is the added value of physical information?

These are all questions that we will be discussing during this symposium with organizers, experts, municipalities, but also visitors to events.

Judith Noijen – project manager Celebrate Safe (Jellinek). What has Celebrate Safe done, achieved and learned in recent years, in collaboration with all its partners?
